Unfortunately, we cannot avoid using English in everyday use. It is an important medium of communication used to communicate and convey knowledge. However, due to its weak control, many have avoided using it. This is because we are surrounded by feelings of insecurity and shame that are closely related to our state of being in a negative cycle of English. This condition affects the self-esteem and thus undermines the effectiveness of work and career excellence. English is a fun language and everyone should master it.

Case Study 1: The Impact of Not Learning English
Mr. Abu is a successful entrepreneur. He only has the Malaysian Certificate of Education, but thanks to his hard work and dedication, he now has 3 restaurants, all named Pak Abu Sedap. Pak Abu Sedap is not only popular among locals, but also among tourists.
Because Mr. Abu is not fluent in English, he always relies on his son Amar to be his interpreter when tourists ask questions like how he prepares cooking, what ingredients are used in cooking and more. One of Mr. Abu's loyal customers was Josh.
Josh is from the United Kingdom, but works in one of the oil exploration sectors in Malaysia. He really likes Mr. Abu's cooking. He will be retiring soon and will miss Mr. Abu's cooking. So he came up with an idea for Mr Abu, to be his partner and to open his restaurant branch in the UK. The startup capital and its UK business registration will be managed free of charge by Josh.
Mr Abu was very surprised to hear this news. Mr Abu has long dreamed of expanding his business overseas. Mr. Abu was also widowed after his wife's death and Amar was also an adult, so he definately can take care of himself. However, because he did not speak English, he abandoned his desire and rejected John's proposal

Fad, 18, is a community college student in sewing. Fad is very talented in the field of sewing and was nicknamed the "Golden Hand" by his lecturers for his detail and thorough sewing. One day, Fad's lecturers suggested that Fad send samples of Fad stitches at international competitions. Seeing the potential of his work on the international stage, Fad agreed.
Fad's talent was once again recognized for his work in winning the international competition. Fad is very happy. Surprisingly, Sophie, a US citizen who sponsored the competition, wanted to see Fad at his community college. The college is certainly pleased that Fad has successfully named the community college around the world. The college had agreed without consulting Fad in advance.
Fad started to feel nervous. Based on SPM English, he wasn't sure if he could communicate well with Sophie. Later that day, Sophie was welcomed by the community college director as well as the college. Fad waited in the sewing class with a sigh of relief.
Eventually, Sophie met Fad in a sewing class accompanied by a director and a college student. At the introductory session, Fad was able to respond well. However, Sophie begins to ask Fad to show her how she works. Here's Fad and Sophie's dialogue. "Fad, could you show me your work process" "Sure, first i konek (connect) the the rope (thread) into the needle" "I'm sorry?" "What are you sorry for?"
Seeing this, Fad's lecturers immediately intervene and became translators to Fad and Sophie. After the incident, Fad was embarrassed although neither the director nor the college officer had touched on the dialogue. Fad is determined to improve his English.
